On peut \u00e9galement dire que les ajustements sont le jeu entre l'appariement du trou et de l'arbre. Le jeu peut \u00eatre \u00e0 la fois positif et n\u00e9gatif. L'importance du jeu d\u00e9termine si les deux pi\u00e8ces appari\u00e9es peuvent se d\u00e9placer ou tourner ind\u00e9pendamment l'une de l'autre ou si elles sont reli\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re temporaire ou permanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il existe trois types d'ajustements : l'ajustement de d\u00e9gagement, l'ajustement de transition et l'ajustement d'entr\u00e9e. ajustement \u00e0 la presse (ajustement d'interf\u00e9rence)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ajustement de l'espace : <\/strong>La zone de tol\u00e9rance du trou est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'arbre, c'est-\u00e0-dire que le trou est plus grand que l'arbre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press fit : <\/strong>La zone de tol\u00e9rance du trou est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'arbre, c'est-\u00e0-dire que l'arbre est plus grand que le trou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ajustement de transition : Les zones de tol\u00e9rance du trou et de l'arbre se chevauchent. Toute paire de trous et d'arbres peut obtenir un jeu ou un ajustement serr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qu'est-ce que la tol\u00e9rance d'ajustement ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La tol\u00e9rance d'ajustement est le degr\u00e9 de jeu ou d'interf\u00e9rence entre l'arbre et le trou. Elle d\u00e9termine le degr\u00e9 de serrage ou de rel\u00e2chement de ces pi\u00e8ces. Pour l'ajustement par jeu, la tol\u00e9rance d'ajustement est la diff\u00e9rence entre le jeu maximal et le jeu minimal ; pour l'ajustement par interf\u00e9rence, la tol\u00e9rance d'ajustement est la diff\u00e9rence entre l'interf\u00e9rence minimale et l'interf\u00e9rence maximale ; pour l'ajustement par transition, la tol\u00e9rance d'ajustement est la diff\u00e9rence entre le jeu maximal et l'interf\u00e9rence maximale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Syst\u00e8me de base \u00e0 trous<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le syst\u00e8me de base des trous est un syst\u00e8me qui associe la zone de tol\u00e9rance d'un trou avec un \u00e9cart de base fixe et la zone de tol\u00e9rance d'un arbre avec un \u00e9cart de base diff\u00e9rent. Le trou dans le syst\u00e8me de base est appel\u00e9 trou de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et son code d'\u00e9cart de base est \"H\". Le syst\u00e8me de trous de base utilis\u00e9 est le H7p6 mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Syst\u00e8me de base de l'arbre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le syst\u00e8me de l'arbre de base est un syst\u00e8me qui associe la zone de tol\u00e9rance d'un arbre avec un \u00e9cart de base fixe \u00e0 celle d'un trou avec un \u00e9cart de base diff\u00e9rent. L'arbre dans le syst\u00e8me de l'arbre de base est appel\u00e9 l'arbre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et son code d'\u00e9cart de base est \"h\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qu'est-ce que la tol\u00e9rance de pressage\uff1f ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

D'apr\u00e8s le paragraphe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, nous savons que la tol\u00e9rance d'ajustement va jusqu'\u00e0 la zone de tol\u00e9rance de l'arbre et du trou, il est donc facile de comprendre que le symbole de la tol\u00e9rance d'ajustement comprend la description de la zone de tol\u00e9rance de l'arbre et du trou. Selon la norme CNS, ils comprennent 20 niveaux, IT01, IT0, IT1...IT17 et IT18, parmi lesquels IT01 repr\u00e9sente la plus petite plage de tol\u00e9rance. Comme on peut le voir ci-dessus, les lettres majuscules repr\u00e9sentent la d\u00e9viation fondamentale du trou, et les lettres minuscules repr\u00e9sentent la d\u00e9viation fondamentale de l'arbre. Il existe 28 positions de A \u00e0 ZC par rapport \u00e0 la taille de base. La lettre indique leur position par rapport \u00e0 la taille de base, qui comprend une d\u00e9viation positive ou n\u00e9gative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En regardant le H7p6, nous supposons que la taille de base de l'arbre et du trou est de 30 mm. La lettre initiale de H7 est une lettre majuscule, ce qui signifie que cette tol\u00e9rance d'ajustement d\u00e9crit la zone de tol\u00e9rance du trou.
